HOW IT WORKS

• Why does my parent/guardian need to complete the Opt-in Form for me to participate in the One Click College Admit program?

  A parent must consent to you participating in the direct admission program if you are under 18 years of age. When accessing the Opt-in Form, you and a parent will create an account. If under 18, a parent will enter the required information for the Opt-in Form to be submitted.
  
  When you opt in to participate in the program, you provide consent for your GPA to be shared with the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC). ISAC will match your GPA with the GPA admission requirements at partner public universities.
  
  If you opt in to participate in the program, you will receive admission offers during the fall of your senior year (Fall 2026) to the partner public universities and community college for which you are eligible for One Click College Admit admission for enrollment in Fall 2027.

• What do I do after my Opt-in Form is submitted?

  1. Create a Common App account here. There is no rush to do this, but you will want to create your Common App account before your senior year so that you can review and accept your admission offers!
  
  2. Wait to receive admission offers during the fall of your senior year, Fall 2026, via email at the email address provided and via alerts in your Common App account
  
  3. Accept the offer(s) from the institution(s) you’re interested in attending via the Common App

• How do I accept a One Click College Admit admission offer?

  Indicate your interest by adding the institution to the "My Colleges" tab in Common App. After you have decided at which institution you wish to enroll, complete the information for enrollment to the college/university through Common App by the acceptance deadline.
